**Responsibilities for event Coordinator**:

- Working closely with the promotion and public relations team to support activities (conferences, tradeshows, events, campaigns, ) to ensure successful goals are reached
- Coordinate and implement business and marketing projects from concept to completion
- Understand target audiences and assist teams to develop an event strategy that supports business goals
- Manage and coordinate each event’s campaign components including print, digital, social, telemarketing, direct mail
- Oversee the development, design and execution of all event themes, brand and creative journey elements, and ensure all in line with objectives and overall event strategy
- Must be exceptional at prioritizing, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or comparable work experience in Business Development, Event Management, Sales, or Advertising agency
- Ideal applicants would have previous exposure to event planning and marketing on a large scale
- Skilled in project management.
