**Salary range**: up to 8 LPA

**Location**: Andheri East (Sakinaka), Mumbai (on-site)

**Working days**: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

**Meet Your Manager**: Your manager has been instrumental in shaping their vision of blending storytelling with technology. With a background in advertising and a passion for innovation, this individual has led the team in crafting immersive brand narratives using CGI, anamorphic visuals, and AI-driven solutions. Their leadership has positioned the agency as a pioneer in redefining brand communication in the digital age.

**You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:

- Translate creative concepts and storyboards into stunning AI-generated visuals
- Use tools like Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, DALL-E, and other generative platforms to create video frames, scenes, and graphic elements
- Write clear, strategic, and efficient prompts to get the desired output quickly
- Maintain a library of reusable prompts, visual references, and outputs
- Collaborate with creative directors, editors, and animators to understand narrative needs
- Stay up to date with new AI tools and techniques to enhance the workflow

**Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Prompt-to-Output Efficiency**- Average time or number of iterations required to generate usable visuals based on creative briefs.
- **Creative Output Quality**- Percentage of visuals approved by creative directors or used in final edits without significant revisions.
- **Tool Adoption & Innovation Rate**- Frequency of incorporating new AI tools, styles, or techniques that improve workflow or visual quality.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of generative AI platforms for image and video creation
- Sharp visual sense and understanding of video storytelling
- Proven ability to craft compelling prompts across platforms
- Familiarity with motion design, editing, or animation is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative creative environment
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into visual assets

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
