Role Overview

We're seeking a Generative AI Prompt Engineer with strong visual instincts and cinematic sensibilities to join our AI Production Unit. You will be the go-to expert for generating production-ready visuals using advanced AI tools, collaborating closely with our creative leads to shape the look and feel of our AI-driven projects.

You do not need years of on-set experience, but you must understand how to think like a filmmaker or photographer when crafting prompts — considering lighting, lensing, framing, movement, and tone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality cinematic and photographic visuals using AI platforms such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, DALL·E, Pika Labs, and similar tools.

  • ⁠Interpret creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards into promptable visual sequences.

  • ⁠Apply knowledge of composition, lighting, lens choices, and cinematic language to AI outputs.

  • ⁠Experiment with styles, moods, and workflows to achieve unique, consistent visual results.

  • ⁠Collaborate with directors, creative producers, and editors to ensure AI visuals match the project's vision.

  • ⁠Maintain a library of prompt templates, tested workflows, and visual references for the production team.

  • ⁠Stay updated on new generative AI tools, features, and techniques relevant to cinematic storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in generative AI visual creation, with a strong portfolio of work.

  • ⁠Ability to produce cinematic, photography-quality visuals through effective prompting.

  • ⁠Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, and lighting principles.

  • ⁠Comfortable working in fast-paced creative production environments.

  • ⁠Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • 2-3 yrs Experience in relevant field of direction, assistant direction, creative production, or art direction.

  • ⁠Familiarity with post-production workflows and VFX integration.

  • ⁠Background in photography, cinematography, or design.
