Role Overview

We are looking for a
Prompt Engineer
who will specialize in designing, testing, and refining AI prompts to produce high-quality content, visuals, and videos. The role requires strong creative and analytical skills, a deep understanding of AI model behavior, and the ability to translate business/marketing needs into precise, effective prompts.

This is an
in-person position based in Mumbai
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine prompts for AI systems to generate
    marketing content, images, and videos
    .
  • Experiment with different prompt structures, tones, and styles to maximize output quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align AI-generated outputs with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Create prompt libraries and maintain documentation for repeatable, scalable workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in generative AI tools and apply best practices to Lumex's projects.
  • Ensure AI outputs are brand-safe, high-quality, and optimized for multiple platforms (web, social media, presentations, etc.).

Requirements

  • Strong command of
    English (and Hindi preferred)
    with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for
    text, image, and video generation
    (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Sora, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft prompts that produce engaging, realistic, and on-brand results.
  • Analytical approach to testing, refining, and optimizing prompts.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or design principles is a plus.
  • Based in
    Mumbai
    and available for on-site collaboration.
