Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical AI Prompt Engineer who can leverage tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and to generate verified, high-quality B2B leads for our sales team.
This role requires a blend of AI expertise, marketing intelligence, and lead generation strategy to fuel the company's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to identify, filter, and qualify B2B leads from global markets.
- Create and optimize custom prompts for sales intelligence, market research, and outreach messaging.
- Generate company and contact databases aligned with target industries and buyer personas.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, accuracy, and conversion potential.
- Analyze data trends to improve lead generation efficiency using AI automation.
- Assist in developing AI-powered workflows for outreach, CRM integration, and follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of AI tools, prompt design, and lead generation workflows.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, industrial sales, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
- Prior experience in LinkedIn-based prospecting, email outreach, or data scraping is a plus.
- Passion for technology, automation, and sales innovation.
