Area Coordinator

**Position:

- Team Lead - Carbon Supply**

**About the role:

The Team Lead will be in charge of implementing the Onboarding of Agroforestry Land as well as hiring and supervising Field Data Collection Officers in assigned districts. They will be in charge of training field employees and educating channel partners on how to conduct surveys.

To achieve the desired results, the team lead will work closely with Territory Manager, Field Staffs, Channel partners and Project Interns on the field on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Hiring and training Field staff who will be working with farmers and onboarding them on our platform.
- Conducting Baseline Surveys with farmers and managing the FDCO team on the ground.
- Ensuring the quality of data collected by them and their team members.
- Expand the area allocated to them to constantly reach their monthly targets
- Coordinating with senior staff members and handling daily operations tasks.
- Coordinating and assisting the field staff as and when required.
- Will be responsible for identifying ideal farm lands in their respective area and exploring new areas for onboarding.
- Set daily targets to the internal FDCO team and ensure they are achieving their targets
- Setup and manage regular team meetings for performance review and sharing feedback
- Will be responsible for sharing regular team status reports to Territory Manager and management team.
- Troubleshoot the issues faced by the ground team.

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 4 years of experience working with farmers, training, supervising, etc.
- Experience with Agroforestry is a plus.
- Must Have a Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
- Data collection or database management experience.
- Team management and research skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Graduate with a Bsc. Agriculture or related field.
- Willing to work on the field and relocate whenever required for the project.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Team management: 3 years (required)
- Agriculture: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
