**Job Profile**
- Logistical planning and day-to-day support to teachers
- Act as an intermediary between the Principal and the teachers
- Preparing academic calendars, timetables and allocating substitution teachers
- Data capture and mining
- Administering Assessments / Examinations
- Parent Connect & Communication
- Maintenance of Classroom Infrastructure
- Putting systems and processes in place and streamlining the existing ones
- Leveraging technology and platforms to deliver quality education
- Facilitate staff meetings / trainings / assemblies / events / celebrations / functions / ceremonies / etc.
- Performing periodic audits related to academics.
- Ensuring free flow of information and data to the Principal and other decision-makers
- Filing, Documenting & Reporting.

**Academic Profile**
- Any Post Graduate / Graduate with a good understanding of working of an educational institution

**Skill Profile**
- Proficiency in Computing Skills
- Educational Computing - platforms, tools & software
- Data acquisition and analysis
- Good Communication Skills in English & Telugu - speaking & writing
- Good at troubleshooting
- Attention to details
- Scheduler by instinct

**Experience**

At least 1 year in a relevant position
