**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Requirement**:

- Having strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL development and creating Stored procedures
- Functional knowledge on HCM (on-boarding till exit) or Ramco Finance ERP (including New Entity set up) is desirable
- Having experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and dCube report development
- Having knowledge on SRP (Service Resource Planning) timesheet module is desirable
- Ability to write Custom queries based on user needs
- Familiarity on IEDK and EDK tool development is desirable
- Assess and mitigate risks when deploying changes to the Production environment
- Proactively resolve latency or performance issues revealed by system monitoring or end-users
- Maintenance and ensuring data integrity between other systems and ERP
- Monitor and respond quickly to ERP helpdesk tickets
- Experience in handling Global stakeholders (Americas / Europe)
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skill both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill required
- Lead a team of up to 4 employees and motivate them achieving their goals

**Qualification**: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
