Role & responsibilities

  • Should have minimum 4+years of Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics etc.).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.

    Conduct needs assessments to determine ERP requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the selection of ERP software that meets client needs.

    Lead or contribute to the configuration, customization, and implementation of ERP systems.

    Collaborate with development teams to integrate ERP software with existing systems.
  • Analyze and document client's existing business processes.

    Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Provide training to end-users on ERP system functionalities.

    Offer ongoing support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
  • Manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget.

    Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • /Customize ERP software to align with client-specific requirements.

    Configure modules, workflows, and reports to meet business needs
  • Oversee data migration from legacy systems to the ERP platform.

    Implement integration solutions to connect the ERP system with other applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and customizations.
  • Create user guides and documentation for training purposes.
  • Strong business process analysis and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
