Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ERP Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, design efficient workflows, configure system modules, and ensure successful deployment of ERP solutions. This role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical understanding, and project management skills to deliver business value through ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements across departments (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Design and configure ERP modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Lead or participate in ERP implementation projects, including system setup, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to define customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), Process Flows, and User Manuals.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure system adoption.
  • Perform gap analysis between business requirements and ERP capabilities; recommend optimized solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Stay updated on ERP software updates, patches, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support.

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one ERP platform, such as:

  • SAP (S/4HANA, ECC)

  • Oracle ERP Cloud / E-Business Suite
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX / NAV / Business Central

  • NetSuite / Odoo / Infor / Epicor

  • Strong understanding of business processes (Procurement, Inventory, Finance, HR, Production, etc.).

  • Proficiency in data migration, configuration, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SQL and basic understanding of integration technologies (APIs, middleware).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • ERP certification(s):

  • SAP Certified Consultant

  • Oracle Certified Professional
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

  • NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification

  • Exposure to Agile / Waterfall project methodologies.

  • Experience in multi-module ERP implementations.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
  • Experience with process automation or digital transformation initiatives
