**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to and resolve customer queries, concerns, and requests over the phone in line with company standards
- Accurately record customer interactions and follow-up tasks in internal systems
- Understand and support multiple insurance products and service processes
- Use pre-defined scripts to offer product information and retain customers
- Provide clear summaries of unresolved queries for internal escalation
- Handle irate customers with empathy and professionalism
- Meet performance metrics including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing team initiatives and improvement programs

**What You’ll Need**
- Graduate (Full-Time or Part-Time) in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in domestic or international BPO/call centre environment
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a calm, customer-first mindset
- Working knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and telecommunication systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance benchmarks
