
Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and increase revenue by effectively selling products or services over the telephone. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, building rapport, and persuading them to make a purchase or take the desired action. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally. You will work closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls and follow-up on inbound inquiries to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce products or services and understand their needs.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns to overcome barriers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow the sales process and maintain regular contact with leads to build relationships and foster customer loyalty.
- Provide accurate information and pricing details to customers and create customized sales proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to effectively position products or services.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service while representing the company.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales and handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and superiors.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of the products or services being sold and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new offerings.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours, if required.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
