**Summary of the Position**:
Ompax Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is an E Commerce company based at Udhna Udyog Nagar, Udhna, Surat. Having a rapid growth rate, we dream to expand to three times our current size within next three years.

The job of a tele caller is to solve customer queries and problems. They also build customer trust with our company or brand by using their communication skills. They persuade customers to confirm orders and opt for prepaid orders. They resolve all customer issues or queries and provide satisfactory solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional services to the customer and deliver satisfactory solution to them.
- Prepare timely reports for order confirmation and customer queries.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Build customer trust and relation.
- Follow up with customer for order and services.
- Co-ordinate with internal department.
- Answering customers' queries regarding product.
- Listen to the customers and generate repeat sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions.

- Ability to listening and solve problem.
- Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm.
