**Job Descriptions**:
- Handling Customer inquiry, request, complaint and handover process.
- Coordinating with other division to resolve customer complaints.
- Manage and record the customer's transaction daily basis in accordance to establish standard (if any).
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma Degree from Civil Engineering/Management/Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service/relation fields.
- Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata.
