We are seeking a dynamic and driven E-commerce Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for listing our products on major e-commerce platforms, managing orders, and optimizing sales. This position offers a competitive fixed salary with an attractive commission component based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listings**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure high-quality images, accurate product descriptions, and relevant keywords for better searchability.
- **Order Management**:

- Monitor and manage orders across all e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Optimization**:

- Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve product listings and marketing strategies.
- Implement promotional campaigns and discounts to boost sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Track and report on key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance and improvement plans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
