The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day management of digital creators/influencers, leading their campaign executions, coordinating content creation, and liaising with brands and advertisers. The Associate will also be responsible for social media growth, growing PR of creators, other backend tasks and providing updates and reporting to senior management, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and working closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute promotional campaigns.QualificationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in social media platforms and content management systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the tech industry or with digital creators is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related fieldAbility to work on-site in Panipat
