JOB ROLE:

- Documenting and implementation of business processes, workflows, policy and procedures based on discussions with process owners and identification / creation of process flows with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance with business needs
- Liaisoning with stakeholders like Compliance / Risk / Product / Legal etc. to gather information.
- Identification and Review of existing processes for revision / updation.
- Providing tailor made solution to Branches for specific business requirements.
- Visiting Branches for gathering feedback.
- Provide assistance to product / operations /management.
- The team member will be responsible for the documentation of business processes, workflows and training material.
- Any process / policies impacting Retails Liabilities customers will have to be routed through this Team.
- Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channel

Job Requirements:

- In depth knowledge about Branch Banking Products and Operations and processes
- Knowledge about trade products and processes preferable
- Discussion with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand work functions and processes and gather information
- Develop materials to document operational end-to-end process flows
- Summary recommendations from SMEs for process improvements and other findings
- Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective
- Should be aware of competitive practices.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines
- Strong Communication skills
- Assertive attitude
- Good analytical skills & eye for details
- Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
- Strong follow up ability & keenness
