We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented senior sales representative in the real estate sector to drive sales and should be persuasive and be able to build rapport with customers. She should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills in the Real Estate Sector.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- knowledge of CRM Software
- Ability to increase the conversion rate.
- Attracting and converting qualified prospects into sales.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Effective Communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-8 years’ experience in Real Estate.
- Age
- 28 to 35 years old
- Staying at a Distance 45 minutes from sector 5
- Sound computer skills
- Strong Follow up skills.
- Salary 16000/- p.m. to 24000/- p.m. plus incentive.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
