Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to support our Customer Support Representative (CSR) Team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating team efforts, and providing general support to ensure the efficient functioning of the CSR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support:
- Maintain and update the team's schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and other internal events.
- Assist with team building activities and morale-boosting initiatives.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members, providing necessary training and resources.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline customer support processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new systems and tools.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in any stream
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer service or educational setting.
