**Job Title**: Admin and IT Executive

**Location**:Nehru Place, Delhi

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Job Type**: Full-time

Epoch Insurance Brokers is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Admin and IT Executive to oversee administrative operations and provide basic IT support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing office functions while handling essential tech and system tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth facility management
- Maintain records, manage inventory and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage travel bookings, courier, Housekeeping, Pantry and In-house events
- Manage office expense, maintain petty cash related bills and other filing work

**IT Support**:

- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, and network issues
- Coordinate with external IT service providers for support and maintenance
- Manage system updates, user accounts, and backups
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely upkeep
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (IT or related field preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in a combined Admin and IT role
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and office software
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a corporate or insurance/broking environment is an advantage
