Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Build rapport and engage effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct effective sales presentations tailored to the needs of individual customers.
- Demonstrate how the company's offerings can meet the customer's specific requirements.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Proactively pursue sales opportunities and guide customers through the sales process.
- Use persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and close sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their concerns.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Regularly report on sales performance and contribute to strategies for improving results.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to stay updated on product enhancements and promotional activities.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and sales techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inbound sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and customer demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
