**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive (Inbound)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Follow communication scripts, company policies, and call-handling guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years in a call center or customer service role (Inbound preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Any one Language Require).
- Active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
