**Roles and Responsibilities**

- Interaction with business stakeholders (Business / Product heads) to identify new /
- improvement opportunities for process & efficiency improvement / Digitization across
- the product cycle (Sales /Credit / Legal / Operations etc.)
- 2 Identify and execute end-to-end Improvement projects across Retail Assest functions (Product
- & related activities) along with regular interaction stakeholders and deliver expected results.
- 3
- End-to-End Project Management & Ownership of projects related to Bank Vision, Strategy,
- Business/Service/Operations Excellence, Cost Management, Operational Risks, IT, Channels and
- other related areas.
- 4 Creation & Review of BRD / Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Regulatory changes on
- a continuous basis.
- 5 Ongoing monitoring of Processes, Systems & Controls to ensure Continuous Improvement
- 6 Review and close all Audit/Risk/Compliance observations related to Biz. /Operations
- processes. Implement process changes basis these observations
- 7 Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed
- projects through effective implementation and change management
- 8 Manage stakeholder relationships and propagate the use of the Performance Excellence
- Tools, Techniques, Methodologies, Frameworks & Practices
- 9 Any other activity related to process improvement OR digitization- Role:_Asset Operations
