Job Summary As a Discovery Lead within the POSIG Process Optimization team, you will analyze and transform business processes across Payments Operations. You will leverage diagnostic tools and data-driven insights to identify and deliver impactful improvements. Your work will enable global scalability and enhance operational excellence. Job Responsibilities - Perform business process reviews to identify improvement opportunities - Conduct data-driven analysis to quantify benefits and gain insights - Collaborate with Operations leaders and key partners across the bank - Learn and leverage diagnostic toolsets such as Process Mining and Task Capture - Lead data analysis and connect diagnostic datasets for process improvement - Manage analysis projects to deliver outcomes within defined timeframes - Compile and present updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels - Explore and understand business problems using advanced tools - Deliver process improvement insights to key stakeholders - Communicate effectively to share analysis outputs - Support adoption of emerging technologies in process optimization Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills - Demonstrate experience in business analysis for process improvement in financial organizations - Transform and analyze data using tools such as Alteryx and Excel - Exhibit natural curiosity to understand business processes and their rationale - Show interest in adopting emerging technologies like generative AI and agentic automation - Solve complex problems with sound judgment and appropriate analytical approaches - Manage time efficiently to handle multiple concurrent work items - Build relationships and influence colleagues and partners effectively Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills - Utilize Process Mining, Task Capture, and Task Mining analysis tools - Model business processes with BPMN, simulation, and Decision Modelling using Signavio - Apply knowledge and experience of Payments products - Track project tasks and deliverables using JIRA - Integrate advanced process analysis methodologies - Enhance process optimization through innovative toolsets - Support continuous improvement initiatives within Payments Operations ABOUT US JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
