We're seeking a data-driven and innovative **SEO Specialist** with a strong grasp of Web3 trends and terminology to drive organic growth.

**Job Summary**

As a **Web3 SEO Specialist**, you'll develop and execute strategies to increase the organic visibility of our decentralized products and content. You’ll be responsible for optimizing technical SEO, conducting keyword research in emerging crypto niches, managing content strategy, and tracking performance to ensure maximum visibility in search engines.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy aligned with Web3 industry trends and user intent.
- Perform advanced keyword research related to blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and crypto wallets.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and backlinks.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to create SEO-optimized content (e.g., blogs, product pages, technical docs).
- Conduct SEO audits and recommend improvements for Web3-focused platforms like Dapps, crypto exchanges, etc.
- Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and Web3 industry developments.
- Monitor competitors and identify new SEO opportunities in emerging blockchain sub-sectors.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in tech or Web3-related fields.
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc.).
- Experience working with CMSs like WordPress or Webflow; technical SEO experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with or marketing Web3 products (wallets, protocols, DAOs).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and how search engines crawl and index.
- Understanding of international/multilingual SEO.
- Past work on community-driven platforms like Discord, Lens, or Farcaster for content promotion.
