**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively articulate value propositions to customers.
- Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and inventory management, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers as needed.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase product capabilities and usage best practices.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and pipeline status.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
