**Duties of a Sales Closer**
- **Lead Conversion**:

- Analyze and qualify potential leads generated by the sales team or marketing efforts.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs, answer queries, and address concerns to move them closer to making a purchase decision.
- **Sales Pitch and Presentation**:

- Deliver persuasive and customized sales pitches tailored to the customer's specific needs and interests.
- Conduct detailed product or service demonstrations when required
- **Building Relationships**:

- Build trust and rapport with potential clients to ensure they feel confident in their decision.
- Maintain a professional demeanour and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve a win-win outcome for both the company and the client.
- Ensure all objections are addressed effectively and close deals efficiently.
- **Follow-Up and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.
- Introduce relevant solutions that add value to the client’s purchase
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Meeting Targets**:

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Track progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies.
- **Staying Updated**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to remain competitive.
- **Client Retention**:

- Ensure a smooth handover to account management or customer success teams post-sale.
- Occasionally check in with clients to maintain goodwill and identify further opportunities.
