Learn more about our opening and come find a career that grows with you at Koch Industries. **What You Will Do - Collaborating with internal business partners to understand objectives and articulate requirements accurately to supplier - Procuring standard and non-standard requests for Hardware/Software/SaaS (could include RFQ, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation) - Transact and maintain purchase orders in multiple ERP systems - Collaborate with Accounting or Finance teams regarding payment issues or supplier accounts - Assist internal partners with questions and/or status updates related to orders and timely completion of procurement inquiries - Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure purchased goods and services meet the organization's needs and standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers - Provide support in the 3-way match process, helping resolve invoicing discrepancies with suppliers and accounting - Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the user experience **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** - 1-3 years of professional experience or a bachelor's degree - Fluent in English - Ability to use translation tools as needed - Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Ability to develop productive and respectful relationships with internal and external partners - Ability to manage multiple tasks, strong attention to detail, and appropriately prioritize. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand requirements and accurately relay information to another party **What Will Put You Ahead - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management or other supply chain/procurement related program - Experience in procurement/sourcing of IT hardware and software - Negotiation skills, contract management experience, or supplier performance management experience - Prior work experience in IT, or Business-related field - Experience with Coupa, Ariba and/or SAP procurement software - Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products - Fluent Polish, German, Italian, or Spanish languages **Who We Are** As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) provides consulting and transactional services for Koch companies in the areas of human resources, information technology, finance, accounting as well as project, facilities, and property management.
