**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication from inquiry to post-service support.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the operations/decoration teams to ensure flawless execution of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on repeat business and referrals.
- Manage bookings, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of services (decorations, gifts, cakes, flowers, etc.).
- Resolve client concerns or complaints quickly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to upsell/cross-sell Giftlaya’s services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, bookings, and feedback in CRM tools.

**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English fluency is a must).
- Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/ERP knowledge preferred).

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
