- **Customer Engagement**: Contact potential and existing customers via phone to present products or services.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- **Lead Management**: Generate, manage, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on company offerings, product features, and benefits.
- **Customer Service**: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to close deals and build relationships.
- **Market Insights**: Gather and report feedback from customers and prospects to support business growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
