
Telecaller Sales Executive

As a Telecaller Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and providing information about our properties and services. Your primary goal will be to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward making informed decisions.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Client Engagement: Understand clients' immigration needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
- Database Management: Update and maintain client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and assist in developing strategies for client engagement.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on call activities, lead status, and sales progress.
- Other: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
