**What success looks like in this role**:

- **Data Management**:Design and implement data models, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- **Integration Solutions**:Develop and maintain integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using tools like MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, and various APIs.
- **Scalability and Performance**:Ensure solutions are scalable and can handle large data volumes efficiently.
- **Identity and Access Management**:Implement secure access and identity management solutions.
- **Technical Leadership**:Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and its data architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
- **Certifications**:Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in integration tools like MuleSoft.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
