**Role: Salesforce Architect**

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of Software / CRM experience that should include 6+ years in Salesforce CRM
- Strong development experience in Lightning Web Components/ LWC Framework
- Functional understanding of different cloud products like Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud etc.
- Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job - technical and non-technical.
- Ability to multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
- Specialized in gathering and analysing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable the client's needs.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter and experience overseeing team members. Experience collaborating with offshore resources preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these into technical solutions.
- Cutting edge innovator who continually studies new technologies and functionality and is involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff)
- Transforming business requirement into Salesforce functional and technical requirements

**Technical Expertise**:

- 6+ years consulting/professional services experience across Salesforce Platform
- 3+ years Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud along with development experience in LWC
- Salesforce certifications in this area would be preferred (Integration Architect, Data Architect, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud etc )
- Development experience - LWC, Lightning, Aura, Apex, HTML, CSS, AMP script, Java Script, SQL, SSJS
- Experience in working on large Salesforce engagements as Solution Architect/ Technical Architect
- Extensive experience of implementing end to end CRM solution using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Experience in estimating scope of work, and supporting technical solutioning activities
- Conducting customer workshop during project discovery, preparing end to end Solution design documents, and working with development team as per project requirement
