- Lead requirements gathering and solution design
- Customize Salesforce using declarative and programmatic tools
- Automate business processes and manage data integrity
- Develop reports, dashboards, and training materials
- Support integrations and ensure platform compliance (code check-ins, versioning, etc.)
- Manage users, roles, and security settings

**Requirements**:
