**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update financial records in Tally, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and categorized in Tally.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers using Tally.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on overdue payments in Tally.
- **Reconciliation**:

- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in Tally.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly using Tally.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as income statements and balance sheets using Tally.
- Generate financial reports for management review from Tally.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and report significant discrepancies using Tally.
- **Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information from Tally.
- **General Accounting Support**:

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules in Tally.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Extensive experience with Tally software is required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
