Role Overview: Executive - Accounts (Navi Mumbai) Must Have: Proficiency in Accounting and AP/AR Processes Salary Package: 4 - 6 Lakh per annum Role Overview: Executive - Accounts We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, handling payables/receivables, and supporting audits and budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes - Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts - Reconcile bank statements and ensure transaction accuracy - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Support month-end and year-end closing activities - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements - Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal teams - Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and returns Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance a plus) - 4-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance - Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office tools Preferred Skills: - Experience in handling audits and internal controls - Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP - Exposure to ERP systems Email: What You Can Expect from Us At Lattice MedTech, we value people who take ownership, think ahead, and bring purpose to their work.
