**Job Type**: This is a **full-time on-site role** for an Executive - Accounts & Finance located in Nagpur, MH.

**Office Timings**: Monday to Friday,

9;30 AM to 6;30 PM

**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our dynamic team as an Executive in the Accounts & Finance department in Nagpur, India. This crucial role will play a pivotal part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall financial well-being of our manufacturing entity.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Accounting and Compliance**:

- Expertly handle accounting tasks, including GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, book closure, bank reconciliation, and bank liaisoning.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.

**2.** **Day-to-Day Accounting**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

**3. ** **External Liaison**:

- Serve as a liaison with banks, auditors, and other external parties involved in financial matters.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination to ensure seamless financial operations.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Embrace new technologies, processes, and best practices in the accounting and finance domain.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong knowledge of accounting laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and meticulous attention to details.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with a structured approach.
- Sound decision-making abilities with Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
