**Position: Accounts Executive - Real Estate & Construction**
**Location**: Ram Nagar, Nagpur
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum **5 years** (Construction & Real Estate Industry Preferred)

To strengthen our accounts team, we are hiring a **highly experienced Accounts Executive** who understands the nuances of **real estate accounting**, **RERA compliance**, and **sales documentation**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily financial entries in Tally and ensure timely report preparation.
- Manage monthly closing activities and maintain accurate ledger records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS records, and ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain sales invoices, delivery challans, and customer documentation.
- Prepare journal vouchers with proper ledger coding and narration.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and banks for payments and queries.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Manage payables/receivables and keep track of account statements.
- Handle RERA documentation and support sales-related accounting tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in the construction or real estate industry).
- Proficient in **Tally**, **MS Excel**, and compliance-related documentation.
- Good understanding of **RERA processes** and post-sales documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
