Build & maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned, agreement and handover of possession ,Responsible in maintaining MIS & closely work for Preparation of Final work Report, Cheques validation, Sales Order, Generation

Possession schedule, unit completeness, customer issues ensuring optimizing of collections

Respond to customer documents subsequently

Handling customer grievances - Related to payment issues, Loan process issues, customization

in-unit issues, possession & clearance formality issues.

Coordinating with the team for due & pending installments, collection Updating, processing, &
Filling of all documents.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month

- CRM - Handling Possession,: 4 years (required)
