**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our BGV Operations Team. As a Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the BGV Operations, with a focus on data entry, record maintenance, and proficiency in Excel.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Accurate and timely entry of background verification data into our systems.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness while maintaining confidentiality.
- **Excel Proficiency**:

- Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
- Maintain and update records related to background verification processes.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update records related to background verification processes.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of documents for easy retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic functions and formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of background verification processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
