**Key Responsibilities**:

- Champion Agile practices and coach teams to adopt and refine Agile ways of working.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Manage delivery of network engineering or IP connectivity projects.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for Agile rituals, backlog management, and reporting.
- Track sprint progress through burndown charts, velocity, and other delivery metrics.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple teams, resolving conflicts and building alignment.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
- Negotiate priorities and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- Proven experience in Agile delivery within technical or engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience managing network engineering/IP connectivity projects.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented approach with a focus on quality delivery.
- Open, collaborative mindset and ability to lead without direct authority.
