**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Success Associate** who is passionate about helping customers and has **testing experience from college projects or internships**. In this role, you will assist customers in effectively using our products, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience. Your testing knowledge will be valuable in understanding product functionality and resolving customer queries efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **first point of contact** for customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Assist in **troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues** by collaborating with the QA and development teams.
- Replicate customer test scenarios and provide demo.
- Guide customers through **onboarding, training, and product adoption**.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product and support teams for improvements.
- Help in **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and provide a customer perspective on product improvements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience, leading to high engagement and retention.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fresher (0-1-year experience) with hands-on testing experience in college projects or internships.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts, test cases, and defect tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Selenium, or other testing tools is a plus.
