**Customer Data Management**: Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effective customer segmentation.
- **Sales & Marketing Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified strategy and provide customer insights.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Coordinate after-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction with vehicle delivery, features, and warranty details.
- **Customer Experience**: Develop customer journey maps and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
- **Product & Market Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive products and stay updated on market trends to better serve customers.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- **CRM Software Proficiency**: Expertise in managing and leveraging CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze customer data to identify trends, segment customers, and develop targeted strategies.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: Strong abilities to interact with customers and internal teams, build relationships, and provide support.
- **Customer Focus**: A strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and service departments to achieve common goals.
- **Automotive Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with automotive products, sales processes, and post-sales support requirements.


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
