**Responsibilities**:

- Bring fresh perspective to develop and execute the Go-to-market strategy including online and offline marketing strategy.
- Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and appointment coordination for founders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.
- Craft compelling storytelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand's vision and mission.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and other company activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and other market insights to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Measure the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to continually improve strategies.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (Psychology, Economics or Business). A Master's degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing or startup.
- Excellent skills in writing, storytelling, and creativity.
- Solid understanding of trending online channels and tools.

**Preferences**:

- Have build or managed a brand, or content for startup.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for sustainability and energy management is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
