**Job Description: Customer Service Associate (CSA)**

**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to join our team in Gurgaon. CSAs play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, generating footfall, and facilitating lead generation activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in outbound activities to drive footfall and generate leads.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages (No VETI Assessment required).
- Graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Flexible to work 6 days a week, with a shift timing of 9 am to 6 pm.
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana 122016.

**Salary**:
CTC: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
