**Requirements**:

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
- Supervise day to day operations.
- Organize the things and keep the front desk clean and tidy.
- Ensure all the necessary stationery and the necessary forms are available.
- Note customer complaints and answer their queries.
- Explain the company’s policies and procedures to the customers.
- Receive and forward mails and official documents to the concerned officials and keep a record of the documents sent and received.
- Maintain the attendance register.
- Keep the record of the inventory and other files updated.
- Monitor the daily inventory cost and note it down on designated ledgers.
- Delegated tasks to administrative support staff to organize and improve office efficiency.
- Developed and implemented office management procedures to increasing training team productivity and accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹9,060.94 - ₹15,826.54 per month
