Job Title: Backend sales Executive – Electrical & Electronics

Location: Panchkula

Department: Sales/Operations/Support (as applicable)

Reports To: Manager/Team Lead

Salary : 15000 to 25000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive to support our operations in the Electrical & Electronics field. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing quotations, managing data, and ensuring smooth backend support for projects and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, and technical documents for electrical & electronics products (VCB, ACB, Panels, Switchgears, Substation equipment, HT/LT Panels, Safety products, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, follow-ups, and customer communication.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, offers, orders, and dispatch schedules.
  • Support in tender preparation, vendor registration, and compliance documentation.
  • Handle email correspondence, payment follow-up reminders, and customer support queries.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for product specifications and project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and maintaining databases.
  • Ensure timely and accurate backend support for smooth execution of sales and service operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of electrical & electronic products and terminology (VCB, ACB, Panels, Transformers, Switchgears, etc.).
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Qualifications:

  • B.TECH Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in backend support, sales coordination, or operations (preferably in electrical & electronics industry).
  • Freshers with good technical knowledge and strong coordination skills may also apply.
