**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate and timely **data entry** and data management tasks
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents
- Use **Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, etc.)** to organize and analyze data
- Prepare **presentable reports, summaries, and dashboards** based on business needs
- Support the finance, admin, or operations team with backend tasks and documentation
- Ensure all records are organized and stored securely
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification
- Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)** or equivalent
- **Proficient in MS Excel** (knowledge of advanced formulas is a must)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a backend, admin, or data entry role is preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
