**Job Title: Social Media Executive (E-commerce Focus)**

**Location**: Chandni Chawk, Kolkata

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a proactive and creative **Social Media Executive** to help boost the visibility of our branch and drive online product sales. This role is open to both **freshers with strong knowledge or internship experience**, and **professionals with up to 2 years of hands-on experience**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create and publish content (images, reels, videos, carousels, stories) to promote products, offers, and updates.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to align social media posts with ongoing online promotions and campaigns.
- Utilize platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce to tag products and drive traffic to the online store.
- Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media channels.
- Occasionally visit the branch for content shoots, customer features, and local marketing coordination.
- Assist with basic ad setup (boosting posts or running paid campaigns), if trained or experienced.

**Who Can Apply**

**Freshers**:

- Should have a solid understanding of how social media works for business purposes.
- Must have completed at least one internship, freelance project, or have a personal project (like managing your own blog or page).
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, and Meta Business Suite.

**Experienced (0.6-2 Years)**:

- Prior experience managing business social media accounts is required.
- Familiarity with social media strategy, ad setup, and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of basic e-commerce platform functions (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Basic graphic design or editing skills.
- Passion for content creation, social trends, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills to work with marketing and sales teams.
