About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to help boost the visibility of our branch and drive online product sales. This role is open to both freshers with strong knowledge or internship experience, and professionals with up to 2 years of hands-on experience.

The right candidate is someone who understands how to use social media not just for likes—but for growing brand presence and generating online business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and publish content (images, reels, videos, carousels, stories) to promote products, offers, and updates.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to align social media posts with ongoing online promotions and campaigns.
  • Utilize platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce to tag products and drive traffic to the online store.
  • Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media channels.
  • Occasionally visit the branch for content shoots, customer features, and local marketing coordination.
  • Assist with basic ad setup (boosting posts or running paid campaigns), if trained or experienced.

Who Can Apply

Freshers:

  • Should have a solid understanding of how social media works for business purposes.
  • Must have completed at least one internship, freelance project, or have a personal project (like managing your own blog or page).
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, and Meta Business Suite.

Experienced Years):

  • Prior experience managing business social media accounts is required.
  • Familiarity with social media strategy, ad setup, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of basic e-commerce platform functions (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Basic graphic design or editing skills.
  • Passion for content creation, social trends, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good coordination and communication skills to work with marketing and sales teams.
